Mr. Arnel Leyva, an inmate in Mandaluyong City Jail, asks for your financial help to fund a surgery to remove a very big lump at the back of his head.  The lump had been in Mr. Leyva's head for almost Four (4) years already and he does not even know if the lump is malignant or not.

HLAF is now currently looking for benefactors who might help Mr. Leyva.

According to initial estimate, Mr. Leyva's surgery will cost more or less PhP 10,000.00.
